Tequila Sierra Antiguo Anejo is a tequila from Jalisco, distilled from blue agave and aged for a prolonged period in oak barrels. It has an amber colour with golden reflections.
The nose shows cooked agave with vanilla, caramel and spices, including cinnamon and white pepper. On the palate it is balanced and soft, with fresh agave, chocolate, dried fruit and wood, leading to a long, persistent, spicy finish.
It can be sipped neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
