Terence Hill Whisky Mild (70cl, 46%)

Terence Hill Whisky Mild is a 46% blend from the St. Kilian distillery in Germany, named after the film actor. It follows a whisky launched earlier by his friend Bud Spencer. St. Kilian married its own whisky, which carries ex-rum cask notes, with triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, matured in American ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled in natural colour and is not chill-filtered. The nose offers bourbon vanilla and caramelised brown sugar. The palate brings pineapple, ripe banana, some oak spice and a pinch of cocoa. The finish has pineapple cream, dark caramel and gently dry oak.
