A fresh, composed white wine from Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, floral hints and light minerality, while the palate has lively acidity, balance and medium body with clean, savoury flavours.
It suits baked fish, shellfish, light poultry dishes, vegetable soups, fresh cheeses and antipasti. Serve at around 10-12 C and enjoy it in its freshness.
