Terre Siciliane DOC - Angimbè - Cusumano

A white wine from Sicily made mainly from Insolia and Chardonnay. It shows a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose offers ripe tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, with lightly toasted and vanilla notes from brief ageing in wood. On the palate it balances lively acidity with a rich, rounded body, leaving a velvety, persistent feel. Fruity notes and subtle vanilla spice carry through to a long, pleasantly aromatic finish. It suits seafood and refined Mediterranean dishes such as seafood risotto or roast chicken with herbs.
