Terre Stregate Genius Fiano Sannio DOC 2023

A white wine from Terre Stregate, made from Fiano grown in Sannio. It is vinified with methods that respect tradition while using modern techniques to preserve the grape's authentic character. Bright straw yellow in colour, it offers white flowers, peach, acacia honey and light almond notes on the nose. On the palate it has balanced acidity and an elegant structure, with a persistent finish on fruity and slightly mineral tones. It works as an aperitif and with light starters, fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
