An XO cognac from Tesseron, made from a blend of carefully selected crus from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. It matures slowly in oak casks, softening the character and enriching the aroma.
The nose opens with dried fruit, honey, sweet spices and delicate floral notes of rose and iris. The palate is full and velvety, with a long, persistent finish revealing vanilla, oak and a light caramel sweetness. It is suited to contemplative tasting or with dark chocolate and dried fruit desserts.
