A cognac from Tesseron, made from a selection of distillates drawn mainly from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus. It is an X.O, aged for a prolonged period in oak barrels, with an amber colour and a rich, enveloping bouquet.
The nose brings dried fruit, sweet spices, vanilla, honey and light tobacco notes. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with a balance between sweetness and freshness, and a long, persistent finish.
It suits moments of contemplation and pairs with chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
