The Arran Malt Amarone Cask Finish is an unpeated Island single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is finished in casks that previously held Amarone, the bold Italian red wine. The finish adds red-fruit sweetness and a rosy hue to the fresh, lively character of the Arran spirit.
On the palate it is described as red berries, cherry and dried fruit, with malt sweetness and a touch of spice. The finish is long, fruity and warming.
