The Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask is a single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for 14 years in American oak, then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
The nose offers molasses, vanilla and ripe fruit, with cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is soft and round, starting sweet before moving to dark chocolate and caramel, with oak in the background. The finish is long, with sweet spices and dried fruit.
