The Balvenie 25 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's Rare Marriages series, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon casks, and its character is sweet and spicy with a rounded feel.
The nose has honey, soft oak and a touch of candied orange peel. On the palate come vanilla, toasted marshmallow, fruit salad and cinnamon apple pie, leading to a very long finish.
