This is a 14 year old Speyside single malt from The Balvenie, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It spent at least 14 years in oak casks before a second maturation in casks that had held a blend of Caribbean rum.
That rum blend was put together by Malt Master David Stewart himself, and the finish gives the whisky its particular make-up.
It is described as having notes of toffee, fresh fruit, vanilla and oak sweetness.
