A Speyside single malt from The Balvenie, aged for a minimum of 15 years in used European Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 47.8% in a 70cl bottle.
Each release is a single barrel bottling: every bottle comes from one cask, with a maximum of 800 bottles drawn from it. Individual casks bring small differences in flavour.
The common thread is a classic sherry cask character, with dried fruit, nuts, oak and sherry and raisin notes.
