It was first matured in American oak hogsheads, then moved into Caroni rum casks from Trinidad.
Tasting notes describe muscovado sugar and manuka honey, with tropical fruit, oak spice and molasses, and a velvety, warming mouthfeel. The finish is long and subtly sweet, with rum-soaked dried fruits and gentle spice.
