The Beverly High Rye Fine American Whiskey (75cl)

A blend of straight rye and straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, made by The Beverly, a brand founded by Los Angeles entrepreneur Andrew Borenzweig. It is made in collaboration with the family-owned Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa. The whiskeys are hand selected from Cedar Ridge and from Indiana, and the blend has a majority-rye grain bill. The palate combines rye spice of cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar with a rich mouthfeel. The finish is smooth and full of candied pecans, caramel and toffee.
