The Beverly Reserve Barrel Strength American Whiskey (75cl, 58%)

The Beverly Reserve is a barrel-strength American whiskey bottled at 58% (116 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of sixty percent straight bourbon and forty percent straight rye, first tasted in the summer of 2021 by founder Andrew Borenzweig and master blender Murphy Quint while they were finalising the recipe for The Beverly High Rye. They set it aside for a later release, and this first batch is limited to 550 bottles. It is described as having toasted marshmallow with caramel and candied pecans, and a long finish of maple, melted brown butter and cinnamon.
