The Botanist is an Islay dry gin, distilled and hand-crafted on the Scottish island of Islay and presented as the first gin of its kind from the island.
Its character comes from 22 hand-foraged local herbs and flowers, distilled slowly alongside nine classic gin botanicals. The local ingredients are gathered responsibly from the hills, shores and bogs of the island by a dedicated forager. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
