The Botanist is an Islay dry gin from the Bruichladdich Distillery, made with 22 botanicals sourced from Islay, including juniper, chamomile, lemon balm, thyme, elderflower and birch leaves, plus imported botanicals such as cinnamon, coriander, lemon peel, liquorice root, cassia bark and orris root. It is distilled in the Ugly Betty Lomond still and is smooth on the palate.
