The Busker Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey matured in two kinds of cask: hand-selected Bourbon casks from the USA and a Marsala cask from Cantine Florio, one of the oldest wineries in Sicily, founded in 1833.
It is a light, pale straw-coloured whiskey. The nose opens with sweet caramel, followed by soft vanilla and oak.
On the palate come caramel, vanilla, oak and hay, leading to a long finish that is both dry and sweet.
