The Busker Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made from barley and distilled in copper stills. It was matured and finished in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
On the nose it is rich and layered, with fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge and clove oil. The palate opens with intense spice and pepper, balanced by toffee, and it runs into a long, warm and spicy finish.
