The Chita is a Japanese single grain whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a selection of corn and other grains, then aged for several years in oak casks, which add soft notes of sweet spice.
The colour is a bright golden yellow. The nose is sweet, with acacia, honey, and touches of vanilla and caramel.
The palate is soft, round and balanced, and the finish balances freshness with sweetness.
