This is The Dalmore 12 Year Old Highland single malt, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle and engraved with the words "Happy Father's Day!" as a limited edition.
The whisky was matured for twelve years in two stages: first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers citrus zest, aromatic spices and hints of chocolate. On the palate come rich sherry sweetness, orange marmalade, nutmeg and cinnamon, and the finish is long, with vanilla, roasted coffee and spice.
