The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then fully finished in sherry casks, balancing the nutty character of Oloroso with the sweetness of Pedro Ximenez.
The nose is caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas laced with honey. On the palate come dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish brings sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
