This is a 12 year old Dalmore single malt bottled at 43% ABV. It is matured in sherry casks from three historic cooperages in Jerez de la Frontera.
Each cask is seasoned with a blend of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, which gives the whisky its sweet fruit and spice.
On the nose there is caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas laced with honey. The palate brings dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish turns to sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
