The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It is finished in a mix of sherry casks, among them Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso, chosen from bodegas that include Gonzalez Byass.
The tasting notes point to orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose. The palate brings mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apple, and the finish turns to caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate.
