A 17 year old single malt from The Dalmore, matured in sherry casks to give a richer, fuller-bodied character.
The nose combines Seville orange, orchard fruit and wood spice. On the palate are poached pears, forest berries, sweet toffee and orange marmalade. The finish brings dark chocolate orange and dried fruit, with lingering cinnamon and nutmeg.
