This is a 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky from The Dalmore, bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the annual limited edition of the Principal Collection's 21 year old.
The whisky is finished in 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.
The aroma brings bitter dark chocolate, ripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee and toffee apple. On the palate are sweet liquorice, black forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan. The finish carries ginseng, pear tarte tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.
