The Dalmore 21 Years is a Highland single malt aged for 21 years. It is matured in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, followed by a period in Oloroso sherry casks from González Byass.
The nose brings ripe red fruit, candied orange, dark chocolate, vanilla and sweet spice, with toasted wood and tobacco behind. The palate is rich, warm and silky, with caramel, raisins, cocoa, coffee and nuts, leading to a long finish.
