The Dalmore 25 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 42% ABV. It spent 25 years in hand-picked casks that previously held bourbon, tawny port and 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry, the last of which is exclusive to The Dalmore. It comes in a gift box with a metal Dalmore logo.
The nose is of exotic fruits, vanilla pods, citrus, coffee and fig cake. The palate brings vanilla pod, coffee and chocolate truffle, leading to a long finish of maple syrup, dark chocolate and honey cakes.
