The Dalmore 30 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the 2024 edition of the distillery's annual thirty-year release, bottled at 43.8% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled on 20 November 1991 and matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished for about two years in rare Graham's Colheita and 1982 single-harvest Tawny Port casks.
936 bottles were made worldwide, each presented in a solid-oak box.
Manuka honey, rich dark berries, maraschino cherry and Colombian coffee mark the nose. The palate has Victoria plums, dark cacao and maraschino cherries, and the finish brings blood orange, moist ginger cake, liquorice and sugared almonds.
