The Dalmore Cask Curation Series Port Edition is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky.
The nose is bright and sweet, with red currant, allspice, fresh plum, damson jam, marzipan, raisins and manuka honey, then hints of fig and espresso foam. The palate is velvety, opening with marmalade, fig rolls and malt, followed by macadamia nuts, pepper and black currant mousse, then bitter dark chocolate, black coffee and liquorice.
The finish coats the mouth with stem ginger, sugared almond, liquorice and dark fruity sweetness.
