The Dalmore Luminary N°3 17 Years is a Highland single malt aged for 17 years in ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings vanilla, orange peel, cocoa and chestnut honey, with toasted wood and dried fruit behind. The palate is velvety and deep, with caramel, dark chocolate, cinnamon and sweet spice. The finish is long, with echoes of sherry and citrus.
