This is a Dalmore single malt bottled at 46.5% ABV. It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and in aged Tawny Port pipes from the W&J Graham's vineyard in Portugal.
The two parts are then brought together.
The nose offers sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruit and sticky toffee pudding. On the palate come nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts and java coffee. The finish brings rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges and macerated cherries.
