The Dalmore Quintessence is a Highland single malt from the Dalmore Distillery, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in five wine casks: Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
This combination of casks is said to give layers of fruit, spice and oak.
