This is a Highland single malt from The Dalmore, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 as a select edition.
It was first aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks.
The nose shows orange zest, dark chocolate, dried fruits and warm spice. On the palate it is velvety, with toffee, sherry sweetness, roasted nuts, cinnamon and citrus peel. The finish is long, with oak, spice, cocoa and dried fruit.
