The Deacon Blended Scotch Whisky

The Deacon is a blended Scotch whisky made from smoky Speyside and peaty Islay malt whiskies. The Islay malts bring a characteristic peaty smoke, while the mainland malts give a smoke character like a bonfire. The nose has charred orange, sweet malty biscuits and woodsmoke. On the palate there is juicy orange, delicate spice and tangy peat. The finish is long and smooth, both sweet and smoky.
