The Dublin Liberties Copper Alley is an Irish single malt matured for 10 years in bourbon barrels, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46%, in a 70cl bottle.
The name comes from Dublin's oldest street, once home to taverns and printers.
The nose offers deep sherry, dried figs, orange zest and old wood. On the palate there is toffee, dark chocolate, spiced plum and roasted almond over a velvety malt base. The finish is long, with rich oak, black cherry and a final dusting of cocoa.
