An Irish single malt from The Dublin Liberties Distillery, matured for five years in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered, which the distillery's bottling keeps for body and natural flavour.
The nose offers vanilla, honey, green apple, light spices and soft oak. On the palate there is sweet malt, toffee, citrus and a hint of spice, with a fresh bourbon sweetness. The finish is medium to long and warm, with elegant wood and fruity notes returning.
