The Dublin Liberties Oak Devil is an Irish whiskey blending malt and grain whiskies, in a 70cl bottle. It is double distilled and aged for over three years in bourbon oak casks.
The whiskey is non-chill-filtered. Its flavour is smooth with a spicy edge, and a Christmas cake spice is what sets it apart.
Caramel comes through in the flavour, and the finish is described as smooth.
