The Dunbrody Caribbean Rum Cask Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Dunbrody Caribbean Rum Cask is an Irish whiskey produced in Ireland by LHK Spirits Group and sold in a 70cl bottle. Each Dunbrody expression is built around its own mash bill and matured entirely in the cask type named on the label. This one is made from 93% corn, 5% barley and 2% rye, and spends its whole maturation in Caribbean rum casks. In the glass, the nose is described as caramelised sugar, tropical fruit, vanilla and oak. The palate brings soft spice, toffee, stone fruit, ripe banana and pineapple, and the finish is light, spiced and gently sweet.
