The Epicurean is a 12 year old Lowland blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, bottled at natural cask strength of 55.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This edition belongs to the Signature Series.
After blending, the whisky was finished in a single Côte-Rôtie wine cask, which sets it apart from the standard bottling.
The Epicurean is pictured as a cheeky Glasgow man of the 1930s, a lover of good food and drink. The blend of Lowland malts is fresh, zesty and grassy, and part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range.
