The Famous Grouse Bourbon Cask is a blended Scotch whisky from the Cask Series, in a 1000ml bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies matured in bourbon casks, and the label describes it as an American oak blend.
Vanilla, caramel and toasted wood run through its character. The palate is silky, with sweet, spiced flavours, and the finish is long with a slight smokiness.
