The Famous Grouse Finest is a blended Scotch whisky produced in the 1980s, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. Mathew Gloag created the blend in 1896 and first called it the Grouse Blend. The 'Famous' prefix was added in 1905 after the brand's success, and the Royal Warrant followed in 1984. It is owned by the Edrington Group, which also owns Highland Park and Macallan. Its blenders work to four principles: foundation, finest, flavour and fusion.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
