The Gardener Gin

This is a French gin made by Brad Pitt with master distiller Tom Nichol and the Perrin family, who have worked in wine for five generations. It is certified organic. The botanicals include juniper, angelica root, liquorice and coriander, with citrus from Provence and the Riviera giving it much of its character: bitter orange, sweet orange and pink grapefruit. The gin is fresh and soft, with a clear but balanced juniper note. Orange and pink grapefruit develop on the palate alongside fine herbal touches, and the finish is silky, long and citrusy.
