The Gladstone Axe American Oak is a blended malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made entirely from malted barley, drawn from malt whiskies from 14 different Highland and Islay distilleries.
The blend is aged in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, which gives it mellow, sweet notes.
