This is a 15-year-old Speyside single malt, golden and full-bodied, matured entirely in hand-selected, first-fill ex-bourbon American oak casks. It is bottled at 50% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
The nose brings citrus zest, green apple, honeydew melon and soft florals with rich caramel. On the palate, honey and creamy vanilla meet apricot marmalade, malty cereal and delicate baking spices. The finish is long and warming, with sweet malt, honey, orchard fruits and a touch of soft oak spice.
