This is a single-cask 10 year old single malt from The GlenAllachie, a Speyside distillery. The whisky was matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, and the cask was selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker.
It is bottled at natural cask strength and is non-chill filtered. The colour is pale gold.
The nose offers honeycomb, vanilla cream, fresh citrus, malt sweetness and toasted oak. The palate is bright and silky, with lemon zest, vanilla fudge, orchard fruit, sweet malt and gentle spice. The finish is long and balanced, with vanilla, oak and soft baking spice.
