This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from The GlenDronach, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery sits in the eastern part of the Highlands.
The whisky matures for at least 12 years in casks that previously held Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
The colour is a bright amber. The nose combines vanilla, pear, ginger and candied grapes. The palate is soft and gentle, with a hint of red fruit, and the long finish brings hazelnuts and malt.
