Ode to the Embers is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from The GlenDronach, bottled at 48.4% in a 70cl bottle and of natural colour. It looks back to the time when the distillery dried its barley over peat smoke.
The whisky was matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, which give a spiced complexity woven with peat smoke.
It is described as warm, rich spice wrapped in smouldering wisps of smoke.
