The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Double Oak is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It is made with water from Josie's Well.
The whisky is matured in both European and American oak casks. The distillery was founded by George Smith in 1824.
The tasting notes give banana and pineapple with summer-meadow aromas on the nose. The palate is sweet peach and pear with vanilla and toffee, and the finish is smooth, gentle and long, fruity and balanced.
