The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve is a Speyside single malt matured for fifteen years in French oak casks that previously held wine. The Glenlivet distillery was founded in 1824.
The nose brings ripe fruit, vanilla and spiced bread, with a subtle toasted note. The palate is soft in texture, with cooked pear, cinnamon and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with oak and spice lingering.
